Meet the Team !

If you've read any of my previous blogs you know I am always raving about how incredible my friends are. I feel so blessed to have so many women in my life that I count as dear friends. You can imagine how hard that is when it comes time for bridesmaids !!!! I could of had 14 but that would of been slightly insane ! My worst fear is hurting someone's feelings or ruining a friendship but I'm confident that a true friend is happy to be standing next to you or sitting in the audience. I'm doing something a little different with my bridal party. I chose 8 dear woman to be bridesmaids but I am also having a "House Party " , this is a southern tradition that I'm pulling up north :) A House Party is a group of woman who have impacted your life and are dear to your heart , I will invite them to wear a dress of their choice in one of the wedding color to set them apart from the rest of the guest. I'm still coming up with all of the details of how to ask , and what ways to make them feel special. 

But without further adieu , here are my ladies .......

 This is a 2 for 1 picture. Carri has been such a faithful friend . She has always been by my side no matter what. She is an encourager , a giver , and a voice of reason in my chaos! I admire her as a woman and even more as a mother. She is mama to my lil munchkins , one of whom, Addison will be our flower girl. Addy is my first "unofficial" niece and the most precious little soul you will find. 

Kristyn , aka Salty , stars in my blogs regularly. She is an answer to prayer. God brought her into my life a few years ago and we haven't been apart a minute since. I honestly have no idea how I functioned before her. She has picked me up off the floor and helped me become the woman I am .

Lisa..... definition of unconditional love. We met 7 years ago working at a salon and little by little our friendship grew into something I will treasure the rest of my life. She has gone to one end of the world to the other for me . She is my line dancing soulmate !

Amy Jo , the veteran of the friends :) We met at age 10 and have been partners in crime ever since. She has the sweetest heart you will ever find. We have been on some hilarious adventures together and have memories I will cherish forever.  

Emily " Emma " ....my matchmaker ! She is the reason I met Matt. She has quickly become of my best friends. She is so uplifting . In earlier blogs I've said " be aggressive with your support " , she is someone so does just that. She is THERE for you in ways you don't even have to ask 

Melanie , one my new sisters. I'm convinced that we would of found a way to be related regardless of Matt. HA ! She is my side pony soulmate.  I've learned a lot about family , loyalty and strength from her. I couldn't of picked better " sisters" . 

Mallory , my musical and white cheese dip soulmate. My other new " sister" . She is one of the most genuinely sweet people I've ever met. She's such an encourager. Thankfully she is the only Hampton that isn't ridiculously competitive , which means we can be euchre partners :) 

Halli , my cousin has filled so many roles in my life. The one I'm so proud to claim is " friend" . I watched her grow from a little girl into an incredible mother and wife. Even though she's all the way in TX I'm so excited she will be a part of all this wedding mayhem with me ! 

Corinne, cousin and the sweetest young lady you will ever meet. I can't wait for her to be a junior bridesmaid ! I was in  high school when she was born so I've had the honor of watching her become the most poised and beautiful girl. It will be so fun having all the girls in our family be a part of our big day !
