In Love

So for years and years I have had a serious love affair with pictures. Love looking at them , love taking them and have loved dreaming up ideas in my head for them. I have been blessed to have had sessions with the best of the best and I'm always in awe of their talent.

  A few months ago while taking pictures with my iphone I realized my children would sit still for me but not for anyone else.....enter new obsession. I bought my first big girl camera and have been diving into class after class and texting all the pros I know with questions nonstop. I have a long way to go and years of practice ahead of me but I am absolutely loving this journey. My friends have been kind enough to let me borrow their children to practice on. To sweeten the deal my sister in law asked me to do my sweet little nieces newborn pictures. I was sweaty ....I spent days practicing with stuffed animals ....in the end I am really proud of how they turned out and can't wait to keep shooting. And now I want a legit big girl camera :)
