When Life Catches Up With You......

 Hi friends!!! It has been a minute. I don't know if you ever go through periods like this but life caught up with me and kicked my booty. I am someone who thrives in chaos , busy times and long lists. It doesn't usually stress me out but occasionally it sucks me dry and your girl has to disconnect ! I am proud of myself for learning how to do that. There was a time I would push and push and just end being grumpy and getting sick. After 6 weeks of birthdays ( 5 of the 6 of us are within 6 weeks of each other) , basketball, illness , and work I just needed to focus my attention elsewhere. We all strive for balance and what I have learned is there is no such thing.... I know I know ...that is for another blog post. What I have found is that different parts of your life take more from you during different seasons. The beauty is to let go of what you think " balance " is and go where your heart is needed. 

So lets catch up since I have chatted with you! Both big boys finished their basketball seasons and it was the BEST yet!!! Amazing group of boys , great coaches and great families. I am so thankful for some of these families who have become friends and I can't wait to make more memories with them! 

Our Andrew turned 4 and is feeling BIG! We spent a special Mommy/ Andrew day at Great Wolf Lodge then celebrated with family !! 

Z had his first ever school program and it was the best! He was in preschool the spring of 2020 so any typical things got cancelled as you know. This was extra special and he was the cutest frog ! 

We are ready for spring break and warmer temps!!!!!  I'll be back tomorrow with Easter Basket Ideas !!!
