You're getting paid to do your job....I'm not doing it for you

I've had the most calm morning....I went to the gym , went to Kroger, put all the laundry away, cuddled up with coffee and my bible , then I went to get my mail.....this is where I made my mistake. PNC decided since my homeowners association hadn't sent them a recent copy of the ENTIRE properties policy that they would be nice enough to take one out in MY NAME for the ENTIRE complex. I called the HOA's agent and my personal one to get copies faxed immediately so that there was no more confusion and the other policy could be dropped. When I called PNC to clear things up I spent 30 minutes teaching the idiot on the phone about what happend and what to do next time this happens to someone. He then told me how I taught him more about this in 30 minutes then he learned in weeks of training. REALLY ???? I don't have a client sit in my chair then proceed to ask them how to perform their haircut. When I go to Target they don't ask me how to check myself out.....are you getting my point ? When you have a job that you get paid for, its crazy I know , but knowing how to do your job is kind of a big deal.

In other news.....I'm sure you've been wondering and yes....we got up at 6 and made it to the gym! I am so thankful to have a workout partner who I know will kick my butt if I'm a no show :)
