Maxwell at 2

Finally getting caught up after a wild few months around here! My big boy is 2 and just like every previous age I swear this one is my favorite :) He got to celebrate big day with all his favorites and thankfully  little brother stayed put and let Max keep his birthday for just himself!

At his2 year check up he was 30ish lbs and 37 inches tall. 

 Max is so much fun. He is such a genuinely sweet boy. He loves giving kisses , being chased , watching shows and reading books. He and daddy have become big buddies and this melts a mamas heart. 

Eat: Well just like his parents he is a super picky eater. He loves fruit , hot dogs , Mac n cheese , yogurt and goldfish . Yep , other than a few other snacks that about sums it up. 

Play : Max still loves puzzles and blocks. He has started to "pretend" and I love seeing this side of him. We have been in speech therapy and playtime has been the perfect time to practice his signing. He is so proud of himself for using his signs. This has made things so much less frustrating for everyone. We get outside every chance we can. This summer will be a blast. 

Sleep: He is still my rockstar sleeper however going into his big boy bed definitely came with some challenges ..... I'm happy to report it's all settled down and going great now.
