12 Months

Just like last month , 12 months brought on a ton of changes. Watching Max learn new things and start to understand more is so much fun. I am trying to savor each day and soak in all the moments. This year has flown and I can't imagine what is to come !!!

12 Months

Weight:   23.5 Lbs He's not gaining as quickly since he literally spends all day on the move.

Length:  Tall :) 

Clothes: He is slowly growing out of his 12 month bottoms and Pjs. 

Sleep at Night:    Still a great sleeper. He sleeps 12 hours a night and goes down without a fight.He is still taking 2 naps a day. I toyed with trying to go to 1 but he needs 2 still. He is like his parents and loves his sleep !111

Yummys:   I started giving him his formula in sippy at meals so by 12 months he was down to all sippys and just a bottle before afternoon nap and before bed. After his Drs appointment we switched him to whole milk and so far he is doing great. He has started to show a little bit of pickiness with food but he gets it honestly. Matt and I are both incredible picky eaters. He loves waffles , any and every type of fruit , green beans , peas , black beans, mac and cheese , pasta . Meat is where he is not too sure what he likes. He used to eat it all and now is deciding where he stands :) He will still try almost anything so we will keep offering ! 

Favorite Things:  Books..books..books ! He loves to snuggle up in your lap and be read to. Loves  Mickey Mouse Clubhouse , his play house. Little People Farm and helping mommy do the laundry. 

Not So Favorite Things:  Diaper changes....its a full on battle now. Being told no . Being strapped in carseat or cart for too long, the stairs being blocked 

What I'm Good at:  Playing , feeding myself , and finally starting to say a few things. " Dada , Papaw , Dog "...thats about it. He also loves to make the sound of a chicken from his Little People Farm... funniest " baak baaak" I've ever heard !

Places I Like to go:Anywhere he can be set free to play

Looking Forward to:  Some warm weather so we can play outside !!!! He got some great outdoor things for his birthday and can't wait to break them out !!!
